Pumpkin fry with prawn Bangladeshi recipe-You would like!

Pumpkin fry

 

Ingerdients:

  • Pumpkin 1kg
  • Prawn 🦐 as need
  • Onion chopped ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 4 tbsp
  • Cooking oil ⅓ cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves as you like
  • Green chili 6-7 pieces

 

How to cook pumpkin fry:

At first, wash the pumpkin . Then cut them into small cube pieces. Take a fry pan and keep it on oven. After the fry pan heat up, put cooking oil on it. Then Pour garlic 🧄, prawn 🦐 and onion 🧅 chopped on the frypan. Mix well. Cook it for 1 minute on low flame.

 

After frying 1 minute, add garlic paste and salt. Mix well. After frying some minutes, add pumking, green chilli, tomato, coriander powder  & turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover the led for 10 minutes on medium flame. After 10 minutes again fry it for 3 minutes without covering it.

 

Before unloading, add sugar and coriander leaves. Mix them well. Then Turn off the flame. Our pumpkin fry is ready to eat.
